This package was designed for the busy couple that is looking for someone to plan and execute their big day, without being pulled into all the little details. Weddings are beautiful and so much fun, but, lets be honest... they can also be exhausting to plan. With our full service wedding planning package, you can be involved in all the fun parts without the hassle. Each wedding is unique and therefore so is each of our packages. To bring your dream to life, we'll start by creating a customized vision board that matches your style. We'll scout your venues and vendors, review your contracts and track your budgets/ timelines. Throughout the process, we'll work with you every step of the way to plan, design, coordinate and produce so that you and your partner can enjoy your day! Sample Pre-Wedding Services Included: - Unlimited calls and meetings to discuss your wedding - Coordinate and attend vendor and wedding related meetings - Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding guests - Find and create your wedding day décor and floorplan - Provide professional vendor referrals, and negotiate packages on your behalf - Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting, etiquette, etc.) - Recommend and create all ancillary party items - Management of rental items (specialty linens, photobooths, flatware, lighting, etc.) Sample Wedding Day Services Included: - Oversee all vendor commitments and timelines - Manage the timing of your events with family, wedding party and guests - Allocate the gratuities to vendors - Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy yourselves - Facilitating a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - Set-up and dismantle wedding day, along with on-site presence throughout the day - Be the go-to for any vendor and guest questions that occur throughout your day Send us a message and lets begin chatting so that we can begin planning your dream day! ----- Client cost, pending quote (minimum $15K)
