Do you want to be involved in the planning process, but just need an extra hand? This package was created for couples that have started planning, but need some assistance pulling together the final details and executing. The Partial Package was designed to be customizable based on your needs. We will make sure that all details are accounted for, will work with your vendors leading up to the big day and will be present on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly. And, of course, we will be there for you leading up to the wedding for any questions you have! *Sample* items that this package includes: - On-site presence for your wedding day from the first vendor arrival to the cutting of the cake - Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding guests - Coordination with all contracted vendors prior to the event - Facilitating a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - Set-up and dismantle wedding day, along with on-site presence throughout the day - Find any negotiate vendors/ suppliers, as needed - Find and design wedding day décor - Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting, etiquette, etc.) ----- Client cost, pending quote - standard packages range between $1,500 - $3,500
